To say that we’ve all felt the impacts of 2020 would be an understatement. We also felt the impact here at Bodyguard Paintless Dent Repair. With more people staying home and fewer vehicles on the road the entire Automotive Repair industry felt the slow down. However Mother Nature had her own plans, and violent storms moved through several counties on the west side of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in mid April.
Our team went from too much time on our hands to not enough hands on deck overnight. We had been asked by GEICO to help give fair damage assessments to their claimants in our area.
The Bodyguard Team had the opportunity to help evaluate damage on thousands of vehicles affected by the storms.
Helping customers get quick, fair payment to their claims, and at the same time being able to offer our services during the repair process.
We’ve seen a lot of hail damaged cars at Bodyguard, and we’ve done our fair share of estimating. But 2020 was the first time we’ve ever had to do it masked up, and touch free! But just like we’ve all had to do, we dug in and did what was best for all. We dealt with it. Our Team provided a safe and healthy environment for all of our customers, partners and employees.
